Cornelius, the mascot of Corn Cob Acres, reminds you that you are A-MAIZE-ING!
The owners of Corn Cob Acres, brothers Gene and Jim Schopf, grew up in the small town of Mountville, PA and started selling produce from their farm to friends and neighbors when they were in elementary school. Always business-minded, they eventually expanded their farm to house the popular Halloween attraction Field of Screams. They quickly realized that there was a need for a non-scary activity that catered to younger children and created the Little Screamers’ Hayride. This became so popular that they started Corn Cob Acres as a separate attraction dedicated to a variety of outdoor activities where families can play together. If you are looking for fun things to do in Lancaster County, PA with your youngsters, don’t miss the a-maize-ing fun of Corn Cob acres!
